Ralph Petrella Jr.

Ralph Petrella, Jr., Sr. Vice President of Van Note-Harvey Associates’ Cape May County office, manages and facilitates the firm’s operations in southern New Jersey. He has led the Cape May office and served clients in the public and private sectors since 1985.

His responsibilities and direct project experience include environmental consulting, and surveying. Mr. Petrella has an extensive background in Municipal Engineering and has been continually retained as an expert witness for legal testimony. Currently, he serves as Municipal Engineer for the City of North Wildwood and the Borough of Wildwood Crest, as well as primary Engineer for the Woodbine Municipal Utilities Authority.

A graduate of Drexel University, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a Certified Municipal Engineer with licenses in the State of New Jersey as a Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor and Planner.

Mr. Petrella is an avid golfer, an active member in the Hereford Lighthouse Inlet Layout Preservation Committee in North Wildwood, vigorously committed to local government and a devoted grandfather to his six grandchildren.
