Mr. O’Shea has more than 30 years experience in site planning and environmental services. He is currently Department Manager for civil/site engineering, responsible for the firm’s site planning and design projects from concept through construction on institutional, commercial, residential, municipal and mixed-use projects. Activities include the design of site improvements, stormwater management facilities, site grading, road design, parking and site layout geometrics, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, soil erosion and energy dissipation measures, and utility configurations. He directs and supervises the engineering disciplines and coordinates all aspects of projects with other design team professionals, client representatives and public agency personnel.

Mr. O’Shea has been directly responsible for the site/civil engineering and environmental permitting services for Princeton University’s Capital Construction Program since 1986 including the Campus-Wide Stormwater Regional Master Plan and incorporation of the campus-wide walkway circulation system into more than 75 projects throughout the campus.
