Mr. Wizeman, principal of the firm since 1985, is Executive Vice President and Corporate Branch Manager with overall coordination of the firm’s engineering and environmental services projects and staff. As Principal-In-Charge of the Civil/Site Engineering and Environmental Services Divisions, Mr. Wizeman has directed the firm’s multitude of corporate, residential, academic, municipal, institutional, and office building development projects.

His responsibilities include the oversight and quality control for design of all phases of land development and subdivision work, including site layout, earth work analysis and grading; roadway and parking design, curbing and sidewalks; stormwater management; soil conservation methods; sanitary sewer collection systems; water distribution systems; construction cost estimates, municipal and regulatory agency permitting, and specifications. He has also provided testimony before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment in many New Jersey municipalities.
