Mr. Graham has responsibility for the firm’s civil and environmental engineering operations in southern New Jersey including projects for municipal, educational, residential, commercial and institutional clients. He oversees various public and private civil and environmental engineering projects including design and construction of facility site plans, utility systems, Underground Storage Tank installations and removals, soil and groundwater remediation, road and parking construction, beach protection, ADA compliance, specification writing, public bidding and construction contract administration. He also has extensive experience in the preparation of various State and Federal applications for construction permits and/or funding including but not limited to projects involving NJDOT, NJDCA, NJDEP, NJ Pinelands Commission, USDA Rural Development, FAA, NJEIT, NJEDA & USEDA.

Mr. Graham currently serves as Engineer for the Borough of Cape May Point, the Borough of Woodbine, and the Woodbine MUA.
